Mrinal Anand is a Senior Undergrad at IIT Gandhinagar with a passion for Machine Learning and Deep Learning. He is a data-driven person who strongly believes in the era of digitization. With 3.86 years of relevant experience, Mrinal has worked as a Summer Research Intern at IIT Kharagpur, where he has gained experience in the field of research. Mrinal has also worked as a Senior Executive at the Entrepreneurship Initiative IIT Gandhinagar (EII), where he aimed to foster the spirit of Entrepreneurship amongst the college students across Ahmedabad. This was facilitated by the introduction of problem-solving events and talks/discussions based on Entrepreneurship. The short-term goal was to induce entrepreneurship, and the long-term goal was to sustain a few initial phase startups on their own. Mrinal has also worked as a Data Analyst Intern at EY, where he identified the major factors that lead to skill gaps between a job seeker (15-24) possibly a college graduate and that of required by the industry in the south Asian countries. He also worked on how to minimize the total cost spend on Vocational and Industry training. Mrinal has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from IIT Gandhinagar. He has experience in various technologies such as Research Scientist, ML, Ruby, Deep Learning, NLP, Javascript, Python, Computer Vision, Software Engineer, Keras, GAN, OpenCV, Image Processing, Tensorflow, MySQL, Flask, and Pytorch. Mrinal is a highly motivated individual who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. With his passion for Machine Learning and Deep Learning, he is sure to make a significant impact in the field of research and technology.
