Mrinal Hinduja is a driven and curious individual who enjoys the process of building things and solving problems. With a passion for improving people's lives, Mrinal has spent his career learning, experimenting, and growing in order to achieve his goals. Currently working as an Associate Software Consultant at Capita, Mrinal has gained valuable experience in the field of technology and software development. Prior to this, he worked as an Associate Engineer at Capita and as an Internship Coordinator at the Institute of Leadership & Governance, MSU. At the latter, he crafted an experiential-learning based internship program for the youth to develop leadership and governance, and maintained the Facebook presence of the organization, developing campaigns that helped onboard good talents to the internship. Mrinal's education history includes a degree in General Management from Stoa School, where he is also a fellow. He also holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hochschule Wismar and studied at Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad. With 4.43 years of relevant experience, Mrinal is a generalist who is always looking to solve problems for startups. His skills in software development, leadership and governance, and business administration make him a valuable asset to any team. As a Stoa fellow, he is committed to continued learning and growth, and is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact.
