Mrinal Kumar is the Founder and CEO of Navriti Technologies, a company that provides assessment services for vocational skills. With over 12 years of relevant experience, he is a thinker, doer, problem solver, and solution provider. As the CEO, he is responsible for strengthening the product portfolio and furthering the leadership position of Navriti in the assessment space. He is the designer and architect of the unique assessment platform for Navriti, which is best suited for skill-based assessments. Mrinal has contributed towards strengthening the skill assessment ecosystem in India by advising various Government committees formed by NCVET & NSDC. Prior to founding Navriti Technologies, he worked with Actiance and Manhattan Associates as a software developer in varied fields such as supply chain management (logistics), compliance & network security. He has worked primarily in Java-based technologies. Mrinal has won the best trainee award at the very beginning of his professional career and then moved on to win a couple of Star Performer awards. He got invited to deliver a guest lecture during one of the annual symposiums of CSE, NIT Trichy. He has delivered several talks and participated in multiple panel discussions on entrepreneurship and motivating budding entrepreneurs. He loves mentoring and sharing his learning and experiences with all his fellow as well as upcoming/aspiring entrepreneurs dreaming to change the world. Mrinal's specialties include data modeling, design & architecture, programming, people management, strategic planning, team building, project management, and leadership coaching. He holds a Master of Science degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli. He also has a High School degree in PCMB from Rose Bud School and an I.Sc. degree in PCM from Patna University. In addition to his current role at Navriti, Mrinal has also co-founded and served as COO and CTO of the company. As COO, he was responsible for managing operations at optimal cost, with maximum efficiency & effectiveness while leveraging technology to the maximum possible extent. As CTO, he was responsible for enabling the assessment services of Navriti through various technologies.
