Mrinal Patra is a seasoned software developer with over 7 years of experience in building high-scale microservices and APIs for Dell’s industry-leading supply chain. He is currently pursuing his post-graduation from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Mrinal's technical work has often included full-stack software development, requiring knowledge of User Interfaces (as well as UX guidelines), back-end services implemented mostly in C#/.NET, low-level tools/libraries written in C#, and occasionally some OS internals. Mrinal's specialties include product development, program management, and technology for B2B products. He has been fortunate to work in both small and large teams, learning from a diverse set of experienced professionals and young minds. Mrinal enjoys mentoring fellow team members and collaborating with software architects, product/program management, and data disciplines. Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Dell, Mrinal has held various positions in the past, including Software Engineer II and Lead, Networking Committee, IT Development Program. He has also been involved in various projects that have helped him gain valuable experience in software development. Mrinal's education history includes a Post Graduate Program from ISB, a Bachelor of Technology degree from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar, an Associate's Degree from B.J.B. Junior College, Odisha, and a High School degree from D.A.V. Public School, Chandrashekarpur. Mrinal's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Microservices, and Backend development. When not working, he enjoys reading novels, playing or watching a game of football with friends, and planning for the next adventure on his bike and his camera.
