Mrinal Roy is a self-motivated and accomplished engineering professional with over 24 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Full Stack Developer at Nuvento Inc, where he specializes in ReactJS-NodeJS-MongoDB technology stacks with hands-on expertise in AWS cloud development and deployment. Before joining Nuvento, Mrinal worked at the technical leadership level in power plant systems as well as in oil and gas applications with OEMs such as BHEL, Alstom, and GE. He also worked as an entrepreneur with renewable energy expertise, delivering renewable energy engineering services to reputed clients such as Tata Projects, Oakridge Energy, and several green energy organizations. Mrinal has a strong educational background, with a B.Tech. degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology (NIFFT). He also holds a Goethe Zertifikat B2 in Deutsch from the Goethe Institut and has completed his Software Engineering degree in Full Stack Development (MERN) from AttainU. As a Full Stack Developer, Mrinal has worked with a variety of companies, including Quantian Technologies and Web Art Studios. At Quantian Technologies, he developed frontend and backend applications using the ReactJS-NodeJS technology stack with MongoDB as a non-SQL database. At Web Art Studios, he developed a Progressive Web App (PWA) for the local community to show the availability of Covid-19 vaccines. He integrated Government of India provided open APIs in CoWIN to the React PWA application and brought forth the functional specs to the engineering team for detailed discussion and finalization. He also built the frontend application using React as the JavaScript framework and built the backend APIs in the NodeJS framework. Mrinal's tech stack includes Software Engineering, AWS, MongoDB, NodeJS, ReactJS, SQL, Frontend, Backend, Javascript, and Web. He is an AWS Certified Developer Associate and is passionate about building innovative and scalable software solutions that solve complex business problems.
