Mrudul Sharma is a reliable and experienced engineer with over 6 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is a skilled Reliability Engineer who has led the reliability engineering of automotive electronics products such as HV BEV, Electronics Control Units (ECUs), and Window lift electronics. Mrudul has worked on NPD/NPI and VAVE projects, including validation testing and project management. He is competent in DFSS, Design for Reliability (DfR), PPM calculation, DFMEA, DRBFM, Root Cause Analysis (8D, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why), field loads estimation, FRACAS, and product failure mechanisms as per product's usage in lifetime. Mrudul has worked with global teams from Germany, France, China, USA, and Mexico, demonstrating success in design, reliability, and process improvements of projects from clients across the globe, including internal development projects. He is currently working as a Reliability Engineer for automotive electronics devices - HV BEV (Inverters, DC-DC converters) at Eaton, where his responsibilities include driving product reliability through reliability growth analysis (RGA), designing accelerated life testing (ALT), and design validation test plans as per field usage. Mrudul investigates DV failures and drives FRACAS, coordinating with the validation testing team and project management. Mrudul has previously worked as a Reliability Engineer and Validation Engineer at Bosch, where he successfully completed two NPD projects from design inception till series production, managed multiple time-critical series production failures and changeovers topics, and handled multiple VAVE projects. He has experience in technical and managerial communication with management and customers, field load calculations, accelerated life testing (ALT), and product validation planning. Mrudul has also performed DFMEA, DRBFM, and FAM for a robust product design, and trained associates on selected topics in the field of Reliability engineering. Mrudul holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. He is proficient in SRE, testing, and product design. Mrudul is an avid cyclist and marathon runner and enjoys reading about history and personal finance, as well as learning about different languages and cultures.
