Mrudul Tarwatkar is a highly skilled software expert with over 4 years of experience in software development, mobile app creation, front-end/back-end web services, DevOps, and creative design. He has developed products for enterprise clients as well as many venture-backed businesses in India, UAE, and the USA. Mrudul specializes in building applications specific to the business needs of his clients. Currently, Mrudul is the Chief Technology Officer at 99minds, where he leads the Engineering function and is responsible for the three engineering teams at 99minds (Backend, Frontend, and Operations). He sets the engineering strategy, delivers the product reliably, delivers new features, enables the rest of the company, and works with customers to make them successful. He also manages projects, conducts performance reviews, and provides mentorship and guidance to his engineers. Mrudul also contributes to the product codebase, providing more directly useful mentorship and guidance to his reports on how to solve issues. Prior to 99minds, Mrudul worked as a Software Developer at Rave Technologies and as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Startupbootcamp Fintech, where he led team Doboz for 3 months to collaborate with mentors, partners, and investors (VCs) to scale their industry-changing technology business. Mrudul holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and an HSC in Electronics from Shivaji Science College, Nagpur. He is proficient in Frontend, Backend, AWS, Software Engineer, infra, DevOps, Mobile, and Web technologies.
