Mrugesh M. is a passionate open-source enthusiast and cloud infrastructure expert based in Bengaluru, India. With over 11 years of relevant experience, he has worked on a variety of full-stack open-source projects in JavaScript, utilizing modern technologies, frameworks, and libraries such as Node.js, React, Express, MongoDB, and related ecosystems. He is also well-versed in deploying applications to various cloud computing services, including DigitalOcean, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and others. Mrugesh has previously worked on modern computer vision technologies in JavaScript, such as Three.js and WebGL, and has extensive experience developing apps in MFC, COM, and C++ on Windows platforms. He is a hardcore music addict and enjoys attending rock gigs and traveling the world with friends. Currently, Mrugesh is the Principal Maintainer for Infrastructure and Open Source at freecodecamp, where he is primarily responsible for technical architecture and infrastructure for multiple platforms. His responsibilities include developing features for many apps, overseeing DevOps for infrastructure and systems, helping maintain all open-source code repositories, and researching and developing new implementations. He has been helping represent the developer team at freecodecamp to its massive community of users and contributors worldwide. Mrugesh has previously worked as an R&D Development Manager at Dassault Systèmes, where he was responsible for driving the design and development of enhanced, immersive experiences for the 3D Web Apps on the 3DExperience Platform. He was also a Project Engineer (Senior Developer) at Wipro, where he gained hands-on expertise in developing and maintaining applications on Windows platforms with skills in MFC and Command Line Utility Programming in Visual C++. Mrugesh holds a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, and has completed his All India Senior School Certificate Examination and All India Secondary School Examination from Kendriya Vidyalaya. He has a diverse tech stack that includes infra, Javascript, Web, AWS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Azure, Computer Vision, MySQL, DevOps, and Image Processing.
