Mrunmayi Davare is a skilled Frontend Developer currently working as a Sr Frontend Engineer at Showpad. With over 7 years of experience in the field, she has expertise in Responsive web development, Angular, Less, RxJS, Redux, CSS, Jest, and Testcafe. Her current role includes being a core contributor in building a new and powerful product using Angular 11 and RxJS. She led the complete overhaul of a legacy product from Backbone.js and CoffeeScript to Reactive Programming using Angular. She also led and successfully executed new brand standards and established the coding and styling best practices for the product. She has also led feature demos in department-wide tech summits. Prior to her current role, Mrunmayi has worked as a Frontend Developer at Left Right Mind, where she worked on varied projects throughout her tenure, each with a different use case. She led a team of engineers to develop a ticketing tool, established coding best practices, onboarded and mentored 2 team members, and led the design of application workflows. She also developed an eCommerce website using Magento, customized themes for WordPress and Magento, and worked closely with product management to provide end-to-end frontend solutions for a performance rating tool. She converted the legacy amortization calculating tool to Bootstrap and AngularJS. Mrunmayi has also worked as a Project Intern at Xpanxion, where she gained experience in web page optimizations, responsive web design, Less, and Sass. She created and maintained web applications for internal rewards projects and developed and maintained the native web application for a title management tool. Apart from her work, Mrunmayi enjoys watching drama and art films, reading fiction and parenting books, and looking for ways to stay fit. She is well-versed in product management and considers communication and collaboration as essential tools for building a truly fantastic user experience. She holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from the University of Pune.
