Muaz Ahmed is a Software Engineer 1 at MIMOS Berhad with a passion for exploring different programming languages for multi-platform (web, mobile app) system development. He is keen to build highly scalable and usable products for end-users. With 2.20 years of relevant experience, Muaz has worked on various projects in the web and mobile development space. Muaz has experience working with different companies, including Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, where he worked as a Junior Software Engineer. During his time there, he worked on web and mobile development projects, including the Prasarana Corporate Website and the Prasarana Journey Planner (PJP) Android Apps for V1 and V2. He also worked at Witty Data Sdn. Bhd. as a Junior Software Engineer, where he was responsible for developing web systems using ReactJS for frontend and Koa (ExpressJS) for backend using MongoDB as the database. Muaz has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where he graduated in 2021. He also has a Bachelor of Information Technology with Honours from International Islamic University, where he graduated in 2019. He completed his Foundation studies in Engineering and Computer Science at the Centre for Foundation Studies, IIUM in 2012. He also has a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and UJIAN PENCAPAIAN SEKOLAH RENDAH from SMK Kulim and SK Lunas Jaya, respectively. Muaz's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Web, Mobile, Android, MongoDB, Frontend, Backend, and ReactJS. He is a dedicated and driven individual with a desire to continue growing and learning in the software engineering space.
