Mudassir Akhtar is a Senior Solution Integrator at Ericsson with over 10 years of experience in the Telecom BSS domain. Mudassir has extensive experience in handling production operations teams and managing resources in 24/7 shifts. Mudassir completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Ghousia College of Engineering in 2010. He also holds a Higher Secondary degree in Science - PCMB from Khalsa English High School, India, and a Matriculation degree from St.Anthonys High School, Kolkata, India.
