Mudit Garg is a results-oriented SaaS GTM leader with over 21 years of experience in building and transforming revenue organizations to lead with value selling and metrics-oriented revenue growth. He has a proven track record of driving strategic and financial goals towards IPO, acquisition, and market cap acceleration. Mudit has expertise in building and growing businesses via the right mix of GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales enablement, direct and channel sales, and overall pipeline development. He has experience scaling GTM and operations for both SMB and large firms (~$100M rev. to $3B rev.). Mudit is currently the SVP, Revenue and GTM at d2l, a high-growth SaaS leader that makes the learning experience better for millions of learners across Education and Corporate sectors. He played a significant role in scaling D2L to IPO in 2021, leading GTM, channel sales, revenue operations, enablement, and business development. His focus is on building GTM around revenue planning and execution across sales, marketing, services, and product. He is also responsible for building channels, driving pipeline and closed business, sales operations, marketing operations, customer success ops, and strategy. Mudit is an expert in driving enterprise as well as velocity business GTM and enablement and has built a demand and pipeline generation engine with inbound and outbound efforts. Prior to d2l, Mudit was the VP, Global Sales Strategy and Operations at 8x8, where he built a world-class high-performing SaaS business that is disrupting the unified communications market. He grew the business from $800M market cap to over $2B+ in 2 years, drove enterprise and midmarket business, and led the transition from small to large customers. He also built the channel business for 8x8, led the channel strategy and plan, and presented to executives and the board of directors. Mudit holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in EEE from NIT Surathkal. He is also a co-founder and board member of the Association of Change Management (ACMP) California Chapter. Mudit is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys yoga, meditation, and hiking. He is also a financial market enthusiast and a fan of AI, ML, and predictive modeling to drive better customer experience.
