Mugdha Bapat is an experienced technical communicator with over 23 years of experience in software and engineering industries. Currently serving as the Information Development Manager at Rocket Software, Mugdha is skilled in content creation for enterprise software, including UI text, guided tours, chat bots, videos, tutorials, and infographics. She enjoys structured authoring, community content management, and establishing processes and best practices to align with organizational goals. Mugdha is passionate about minimalism, content strategy, interaction design, and user experience. She is a certified scrum master and enterprise design thinking co-creator, and she facilitates design thinking workshops for beginners. Mugdha is currently the webinar manager for STC India and was the vice president of STC India for 2017. She was also the program manager of Guts and Glory, STC India's annual conference, in 2015, and the Pune city representative of STC India for 2014 and 2015. Mugdha's past experience includes working as an Information Architect at IBM and a TechComm Architect at TIBCO Software Inc.
