Muhammad Qureshi is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 11 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently, he is working at Google as a Software Engineer, where he is responsible for developing and improving the company's software products. Prior to joining Google, Muhammad worked as a Senior Android Engineer at Zipongo - Eating Well Made Simple, where he played a key role in building the company's meal ordering app and meal-planning/recipes app. He collaborated with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features such as onboarding, diet preferences, meal ordering flow, and restaurant search. Additionally, he modularized the Android codebase into reusable components that were used by distinct apps. He also transitioned the codebase towards a more reactive-based architecture using RxJava. Muhammad also supported the Node.js backend for OrderWell and executed the import of data for 400,000+ restaurants. Before Zipongo, Muhammad worked as a Senior Software Engineer at if(we), where he built and maintained the company's core Android product, Tagged. This social discovery service is designed for meeting new people and has over 10 million installs on Google Play. He was responsible for development on the Android architecture side, as well as development on higher-level UI features.
