In addition, Muhammad led the migration of a legacy Elasticsearch cluster to AWS with zero downtime and zero data loss. In his previous role as Reliability Engineering Lead at Goldman Sachs, Muhammad led the performance and reliability engineering team for Marquee, introduced PagerDuty to Marquee Engineering, and worked on improving the fidelity and reliability of alerts generated by machine learning models. He also improved the uptime of the Marquee homepage from 99% to 99.99%.
