Muhammed Shihabudheen is a highly skilled and experienced Technology Director at Excelledia Ventures. With a proven track record of success in accomplishing successful products and leading great technology teams, he has been instrumental in starting the technology wing of Excelledia Consulting five years ago. Shihabudheen's concept of automating multiple ISO standards to a single platform, "isorobot," has become a world-class AI-influenced enterprise solution with over 20 modules that can be configured into 10 different solutions. His leadership has successfully implemented isorobot in various government organizations such as the Agriculture Department of Northern Ireland, Qatar Energy (Qatar Petroleum), Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) UAE, The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority UAE, Qatar Olympic Committee, Eskom Uganda Limited, and many more. Shihabudheen's startup journey started with the assumption that getting a project is the most challenging part, but he soon realized that building and keeping a great team is also crucial for success. With his excellent experience in recruiting, managing, guiding, and supporting a strong technical team, he started with three people and now has over 100 supporting members under different departments. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at isorobot, Shihabudheen has previously held the positions of Director of Technology and Service Delivery Manager at Excelledia Ventures. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Project Management from The ICFAI University, Tripura, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from SIMS Mangalore. He completed his Plus Two in Computer Science from CJHSS Chemnad. Shihabudheen's expertise lies in AI, and he has relevant experience of 8.36 years. With his exceptional leadership and technical skills, he has become a valuable asset to his organization, and his contributions to the technology industry are highly commendable.
