Mukesh B. is a product and engineering professional with a passion for failing, learning, and engineering systems that scale. He is currently working on real-time media communication at Microsoft, where he is focused on audio and video abstraction of the communication layer to build an uninterrupted, stitchless experience in Skype, MS Teams, and Azure. Mukesh has over 6 years of relevant experience and has worked on a variety of technologies, including Video Streaming Technology (WebRTC, HLS), WebGL, and Live gaming. He has a strong background in Javascript, NodeJS, ReactJS, MongoDB, Redux, and iOS development, and is a skilled frontend and UI developer. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mukesh worked at Zalando, where he contributed to the development of the company's 360° marketing platform, which provides data-infused marketing capabilities and extensive media and content creation expertise. He also worked at Derivco, where he contributed to the development of the gaming framework that powers video-driven RNG games, with a primary goal of providing a cinematic experience along with seamless user interaction. In this role, he worked with graphics engines and video streaming technology (HLS streaming). Mukesh holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where he studied from 2010 to 2015. He is a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on software development, and is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
