Mukesh Gupta is a versatile and experienced Global IT Services Delivery Leader with over 2.5 decades of industry experience. He is currently serving as the Vice President - Engineering at Global Logic, where he is responsible for managing Global Delivery Business Units and driving and delivering large and complex IT programs and Digital Transformations across the globe for various industry verticals and key Horizontals. Mukesh has a strong focus on process-driven excellence and value centricity. He has enabled and supported sales for new business and driven business growth in existing customers, competency practice, and lab set-up with Delivery Ownership, P&L management, managing operational and customer excellence, and governance with CxO and senior leaders in customer organizations. Mukesh has extensive experience in multi-service IT programs across multiple industry verticals, run the business services, digital transformation programs, legacy modernization & cloud enablement, product engineering, support & professional services, delivery governance, business strategy, growth & PnL management, operational excellence & people management, customer governance & relationship building, turn around initiatives, multi-channel commerce, enterprise content management & portals, web experience management, and competency & practice set-up. Currently, Mukesh is the Delivery Group Head - Hi-Tech, Med-Tech, and Strategic Accounts at Global Logic. In the past, he has worked with Infogain as the Global Vertical Business Unit Delivery Head – Hi-Tech & Mfg. Vertical and with HCL as the Global Business Unit Delivery Head – Key Horizontal Units in Application Modernization & Cloud enablement and Enterprise Content Management & Portals (ECMP) Practice in Enterprise Transformation Group. He has also served as the Business Unit Delivery Head - Retail & CPG (ISV / Specialty micro-vertical) including eCommerce Practice in Consumer Services division. Mukesh holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and an Engineer’s Degree from the Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (I.E.T.E). He has a relevant experience of 31.64 years and is proficient in Web technology.
