Mukesh Jayaram is an experienced Front End Architect and techno leader with a track record of leading a large technical team in the service and product industry. With over 17 years of relevant experience, he has executed projects using various JavaScript frameworks and has exposure to AWS and Azure cloud services. Mukesh is also passionate about AR and VR, though direct working experience is few. Currently, Mukesh is working as a Front End Architect at CareStack™ - Dental Practice Management, where he was part of the platform team and created AngularJS to Angular migration road-map using downgrade strategy. He was responsible for setting up standards and guidelines, along with commit process in the front-end code-base. He created solutions, requirement gathering, run sprints, groomed engineers, delivery ownership of an area, development, and reviews. Mukesh also created CI pipelines for various front-end applications with Gitlab and set up a component repository along with standards defined with respect to development, design, UX, and accessibility. He also set up storybooks for the same and defined the accessibility guidelines. Mukesh is involved in day-to-day coding and reviews, interviews, planning, etc. In the past, Mukesh worked as a Front End Architect at QBurst, where he led solution creation, client interfacing, deployment, estimation, project boilerplate building, picking the technology stack under relevant requirement guidelines, code reviews, development, etc. He also architected and helped build server-side projects using AWS services such as S3, SNS & SQS, EC2, MYSQL, etc. Technologies involved were NodeJS, ES6 standard of JavaScript, Gulp task runner, Mocha/Chai & Istanbul for TDD, ExpressJS, MYSQL, aws-sdk. Mukesh also architected and helped build applications using AngularJS for client tier interfacing with JAVA/Node.js, AngularJS2/4, TS, Express for client tier interfacing with python API server, which interfaces with various hardware. He also managed and helped build an application using AngularJS4, TS, for client tier interfacing with python API server. Mukesh was involved in campus and lateral recruitment, product roadmap creation, team building and mentoring, proposals in IoT, VR and JS space, strategy planning, involving in customer’s innovation ideations, lead creating a VR (Occulus) based e-commerce application, and lead the initiative creating a Blippar based AR campaign.
