Provider of electronic medical records datasets. The company offers EMR data sets that can be analyzed for various life sciences and biopharma needs such as clinical trial design, target discovery, precision medicine, and early diagnosis among others.

I worked on a few POCs. I learnt technologies like SVG, Asp.Net, React, Excel VBA and C#.
I put my expertise in graphics to good use in some visualization tasks.

There is a lot of ground to cover in terms of study and research. Learning time management and proving that "I can" was a positive.
Time runs fast in this institution. If you do not have any professional goals and a long term view, please devote some time to think through your life goals. I have learnt some things that will remain with me life long. Learning to plan activities ahead of time, learning to work in a team with common goals etc. Overall it was good to know people with infinite zeal to educate exist.
After having seen a government and a private university environment I realized teaching is a tough job and an unglamorous profession. Pressure to publish research didn't go down well with me. I finally realized that research and teaching were taking a heavy toll on my health.
I spent next 1 year at home mulling what to do next.

Christ University was formerly Christ College (Autonomous) affiliated to Bangalore University.

This is one of the newer colleges in the heart of south Bangalore. My stint at city was a definitive change in my career graph. My work here since the past so many years was very fruitful. It has allowed me to grow as a professional and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. 
I handled a variety of subjects at this institution from data compression to system simulation and modeling. 
My free time was devoted to working on simple projects of my interest such as Graphics Packages and 2D games.
Among the highlights of my work here were getting to work on a software module to log attendance of students. We were a team of about five people worked on a module to communicate student progress/marks through SMS to parents.

While leaving this institution, I was looking forward to join a private university after having worked in a government university.

M.Tech Intern for an year... I thought I was fortunate enough to get this supposedly tough assignment.
I was getting a stipend during the course of study and during M.Tech project. 
The experience gained at Philips was quite beneficial.
There was a library that I could access for research. Scholars had a separate budget for purchase of books too.
I did try to sleep in the bunkers just to soak in the stress of other employees. 
There was annual music program to attend at palace grounds with sumptuous meals.
Life at philips was very relaxing and enjoyable. The company moved to a tech park on the ORR and was renamed NXP.
My responsibilities included obtaining code coverage for some software components.

I worked here as lecturer with added responsibilities of laboratory and projects. I was quite young and i include these in my formative years as i got to learn a lot. Esp human behavior. I also learnt Etiquette, mannerisms and a lot more. I thought the profession I was into was noble. 
By the time I left the institution I had 35 months of solid teaching experience with me. I enrolled for an M.Tech back at my alma-mater the next academic year.

I joined here and was put in training. This was my first full time employment and it was liberating to actually be working and learning.
