Additionally, he has enabled cashless COD payments at the door by sending a verified payment link to the consignee's phone. Prior to his current role, Mukesh has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Oyo and Senior Software Developer at Delhivery. At Oyo, he worked on Oyo-money wallet and payment-gateways, and developed feature for OYO Money config for the wallet money redemption (User Segment Restrictions), in order to increase customer bookings by 3-5%. At Delhivery, he led a team that handled the software development life cycle of a couple of projects e.g. Client Panel, Dashboard, and Chatbot. Mukesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from iiit, where he graduated in 2015. He also completed his secondary education from j.n.v. shahjahanpur cbse in 2008.
