Mukesh Kumar is an experienced Embedded Software Engineer-II at HARMAN International, currently working on the Automotive Android Platform. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products in the automotive infotainment industry. Prior to joining HARMAN, Mukesh worked at Bosch as an Embedded Software Development Engineer for Nissan's and Renault's Next-Generation Driver Infotainment System. He was responsible for developing navigation features for electric vehicles, writing automated tests to verify the navigation functionality, and logging errors in JIRA. His key achievements include receiving appreciation from stakeholders for implementing and testing new electric vehicle features and driving productivity improvement in the team, which was recognized by the project management team. Before Bosch, Mukesh worked at Sasken as an Embedded Software Developer, where he gained extensive experience in integrating GStreamer plugin design and development for audio applications for ARM and Intel platforms. He also worked on In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) industry and multimedia systems, including Automotive-grade Linux (AGL), Gstreamer, multimedia framework in Rear Seat Entertainment, and poring the GStreamer component in AGL. His technical skills include C, C++, Embedded-Linux, GST-debugging, Makefile/Cmake/gnu Autotools, GCC, gdb, Valgrind, and Git/Gerrit. Mukesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Bankura Unnayani Institute of Engineering. He completed his high school education from R. K. College, Madhubani, Bihar, and his 10th grade from P.R. High School, Korhia, Jaynagar, Bihar. With a strong background in software engineering, testing, Android, and integration, Mukesh is a valuable asset to any team working in the automotive industry.
