Mukesh Kumar is a highly focused and outcome-oriented growth leader with a decade of experience in the field of product, strategy, and marketing. He is presently the Head of Product and Digital Strategy at an EdTech venture, responsible for end-to-end delivery, roadmap, design, business requirements, cross-functional stakeholders, and agile teams to drive conversions and business efficiency. He is proficient with Agile and Scrum methodologies and software product life cycle, having worked with both B2C and B2B internet businesses. Mukesh is an alumnus of IIM Indore, Cisco, Tesco, and has co-founded a start-up on comprehensive digital marketing solutions. He is a prolific public speaker and sports writer/enthusiast, having delivered keynote lectures in universities in the fields of entrepreneurship, product management, and marketing. Currently working as the Head of Product Management at bridgelabz, Mukesh has built EJET, a core EdTech product from scratch to deliver tech employability at scale. The product currently handles a million users a year and is constantly evolving, taking into account NPS, etc. Mukesh has also headed the branding and strategy division at bridgelabz, with a specialized focus on new age digital platforms like Instagram, podcasts, etc. He has conceptualized, strategized, and built an Instagram brand of 20,000+ followers in less than 3 months organically, triple the rate of the industry standards. Mukesh has co-founded and served as the Chief Product Officer at DigitaFly, an E2E digital marketing solutions company. They build strategic and customized digital solutions suited to the present-day demands of businesses and work with SMEs and stand-alone entrepreneurial projects across sectors like banking, education, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, tourism, and e-commerce. DigitaFly takes end-to-end responsibility for the client's growth KPIs, from ideation, strategy to execution, and guarantees tangible results within the agreed timelines to propel businesses to the next level. Mukesh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Dayananda Sagar University. He also has a PUC in PCM and Computer Science from Pitts Modern School, Gomia. His relevant experience is 7.61 years, and his tech stack includes product management.
