He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Infosys, where he has previously held the positions of Module Lead and Project Manager - Professional Services, Finacle. Mukhund has a proven track record of leading diverse teams for over a decade, from small focused teams doing rapid product development to large delivery teams of up to 70 members across 5 locations. His industry expertise lies in B2B SaaS and banking, specifically in Channels, Payments, Core, and CRM. One of Mukhund's notable achievements was transforming a product concept into a cloud-native SaaS offering, which is now used by 70+ B2B clients across India. He has also managed interfaces maintenance and support for Finacle, leading a cross-location team of 20 members. Under his leadership, the team consistently achieved over 95% SLA and improved product stability across multiple versions. He actively contributed to solution design, implementation, and support for all interface requirements/issues.
