He is an aspiring Project Manager with expertise in Data Analytics, MySQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel. Before joining Decision Minds, Mukkala worked as a Project Intern at AI Variant, where he worked with highly skilled team members in providing meaningful insights into insurance sales. He created appropriate dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and created KPIs using Advanced Excel. He presented all the dashboards across multiple teams to understand the insurance business. Mukkala also worked as a Regional Crisis Management Lead at TCS, where he gained sufficient business knowledge and its operations for handling crisis situations. He created and worked on various reports showing current resources, asset details, and associates working details using Excel, Power BI. He handled business meetings with stakeholders during crisis events and presented all reports, dashboards prepared using Power BI as per expectations. He conducted various business continuity drills by managing almost 15 teams under NorthernTrust account. Mukkala graduated from SRM University with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2017. He is well-versed in Software Engineering, MySQL, and AI.
