She is also skilled in hands-on sourcing and interviewing for top critical executive searches, enabling founders to build recruitment strategies, providing recruiting playbooks, and advising on the best recruiting AI tools and search partners that suit their needs and budget. Additionally, she is experienced in executive offer negotiation and closures. Currently, Mukta is working as a Talent Advisor and Executive Hiring Lead at Accel, where she helps Accel portfolio companies hire C-Level and senior leadership talent. She establishes, cultivates, and maintains influential partnerships with the Investment team and Founders, partnering with Founders and CEOs to enable them to make better, faster-recruiting decisions. She also establishes and shares effective executive search methodologies and best practices. Prior to her work at Accel, Mukta was the Global Executive Talent Acquisition Lead at Naspers Limited, where she was part of the global executive recruitment team for Naspers and Prosus group. Her role involved delivering an executive talent strategy covering diverse businesses across the globe for Fintech, Classified, Ventures, and B2C Businesses. Mukta has completed four SocialTalent sourcing certifications, including Engaging with Executive Talent, Expert Social Sourcing, Personal & Employer Branding and Social Networking, and Sourcing & Promoting Diversity and Inclusion. She holds a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from MGM College of Engineering, Maharashtra, and a Higher Secondary degree in Science & Computers from Lady Irwin School, New Delhi. Mukta is skilled in search, AI, senior software engineering, research science, product management, data science, data engineering, and machine learning.
