At FanFight, Mukul was responsible for the complete product lifecycle, reporting directly to the CEO. He successfully led the pivot of the 6 Player Fantasy Cricket Model to 11 Player Fantasy Cricket Model, introducing Kabaddi and Cricket Fantasy to increase engagement across all sports categories. He also reduced the manual KYC queue by 65% and improved payment gateway success rate by 20% through dynamic routing via integration of Juspay.
