Mukul Gupta is an experienced engineering leader with over 10 years of experience in building large-scale systems. Currently, he works as a Tech Lead at Microsoft, where he leverages his expertise in software development to lead teams in building innovative solutions. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mukul worked as a Senior Software Engineer II at MakeMyTrip, where he was responsible for end-to-end development of features to enhance the international hotels experience. He also mentored junior developers and built a static data pipeline for onboarding hotels from different vendors. Additionally, he worked on integrating direct supply, GoIbibo with MakeMyTrip funnel, and built inclusions extraction service for extracting value adds from different vendors. Mukul also worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where he was part of the Amazon Marketplace team responsible for Seller KYC Data Ingestion. He was responsible for end-to-end development of the Amazon Seller Registration Service using Internal Coral Framework, integrating dependent services for completing seller registration workflow, and integrating client-side metrics on front-end in seller registration pages. Mukul holds a B.Tech (Hons) in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT). He also completed his AISSCE (Class XII) from DAV Public School and AISSE (Class X) from S.N. Sidheshwar Sr. Sec. Public School.
