Mukul Jain is a highly skilled Data Science Intern currently working with MoneyMatch, where he has implemented a Price Discrimination model using VBA and Excel to strategize pricing for all businesses using the platform for international transactions. He has also built a model to predict weekly transaction volume on the platform using Python based on moving averages for the last 2 years' available data on volume. With an impressive 89.6% data points justified in the price discrimination model, Mukul has ensured complete dynamicity and maximum ease for even layman usage. He has also engineered a database for implementing a more aggressive user-based model in the future and revamped data inputs at various levels to ensure data sanity. Before joining MoneyMatch, Mukul gained experience as a Summer Intern at Capital Bull Advisory, where he provided daily technical analysis reports on major cross-currency pairs and weekly fundamental analysis reports on EUR/USD, USD/INR, and Gold. He also suggested option trading and hedging strategies for the week ahead and traded in USD/INR Futures and Options using Call/Put/Calendar Spreads, Straddle, Strangle, Collar, Iron Condor, Iron Butterfly, and Covered Call. As the Founder of Adduce Web, Mukul managed all aspects of the company, including lead generation, hiring, stipend payments, and coordination between developers and clients. He developed websites for blogs, local businesses, e-commerce sites, and domain reseller sites, and also provided search engine optimization and social media marketing and management for businesses and individuals in their targeted region. Mukul completed his Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering and Financial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and is expected to graduate in 2021. He is proficient in Data Science, Python, and MySQL, and has a relevant experience of 1.95 years. With his expertise in data analysis and modeling, Mukul is a valuable asset to any organization looking to optimize their business strategies and achieve their goals.
