Mukul Jain is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the areas of Engineering, IT, Program and Product Management. He is currently the Head of IT SWE Software Engineering & Co-Founder of ZFworx at zf group. Mukul has a proven track record of directing teams of 100+ engineers, orchestrating and managing the operations of IT, Software engineering, and System engineering groups to achieve success. Mukul is a forward and progressive thinker, methodical problem solver, and analytical in all facets of management. He has surpassed expectations in steering projects through collaborative relationships with end customers, vendors, and team members. Mukul is a conscientious supervisor who leads by example and ensures all staff are thoroughly trained. He is known for his communication skills and has built an eco-system for trust, making him the "go-to" person for all matters related to the product. Mukul's core strengths include building startup teams, development of software and IT platforms, global team coordination, Agile and Scrum development, software and system engineering, and compliance and regulatory adherence. Prior to his current role, Mukul was the Senior Director & Head - Microsoft COE at Xebia, where he established a group of 80+ consultants and developers for the Bangalore Center for Modern IT Services. He also built and led the Global Microsoft COE to work on the latest and modern technology areas for client projects and for different regions, including India, UAE, and USA. Mukul has also worked as a Software Engineering Leader for Scott Safety India R&D at Tyco, where he executed the entire startup group for Scott Safety Software Engineering and successfully developed an enterprise-level cloud-based software platform from the ground up. Mukul holds a Master of Science in Software System from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a PG Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan. He also completed an EGMP in General Management from IIM. Mukul's tech stack includes software engineering, product management, mobile, AI, big data, and DevOps. With 17.04 years of relevant experience, Mukul is a highly experienced and skilled leader in the field of IT and engineering.
