Mukul Rana is an experienced senior principal application engineer with over 17 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Software Principal Engineer at Boomi Inc. Mukul is a skilled designer, builder, and maintainer of ERP modules. He is proficient in Java/J2EE, REST, algorithms, and has a strong understanding of search and mobile technologies. Currently, Mukul is working at Oracle as a Senior Principal Application Engineer. In this role, he has led high-level solutions for new functionalities and the rewriting of the global HR module while refactoring code to achieve performance KPIs exploiting various optimization algorithms and performant data structures. He also drove the redevelopment of the application to make it mobile responsive. Mukul created a base classes framework at the module level with common functionalities and providing hook points to plug in custom coding in the application life cycle.
