Muneer Sanglikar is an accomplished engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in the advertising, video streaming, and analytics industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Cloud Platform & Infrastructure at Conviva, Muneer is responsible for leading teams and platforms in programmatic advertisement, compute, storage, infrastructure, and big data platforms. He is also involved in managing global engineering teams and customer interactions and engagements. Muneer's expertise in video analytics metrics, metadata, and measurement of 3 trillion events/day @ 20GB/Sec has enabled him to lead programmatic ads insight solutions with TheTradeDesk DSP. He has also worked on big data platforms, including operations, storage, and compute, and data platforms over hybrid/multicloud (AWS, GCP, AliCloud). Muneer has implemented "AI over the Edge" to route high throughput-low latency traffic with partner engagement CDN providers such as Cloudfront, Akamai, and Limelight. In his past roles, Muneer has worked with companies such as Netskope and Tivo, where he served as a Senior Manager for Data Backend and Sr. Manager for Metadata Services, Search & Recommendation, respectively. Muneer also has a background in electronics and communication, having completed his Bachelor of Technology degree from Karnatak University.
