Murthy has extensive experience in sustaining software, storage, and integrated systems and is skilled in diagnostics, telemetry, and data analytics for servers and storage. He has a proven track record of critical technical problem resolution under stress and is an expert in deep debugging of issues on live production clusters of different customers to identify root cause, workarounds, help fix defects, and provide technical analysis for R&D to improve the product in future releases.
