Musa Shehadeh is an experienced Implementation Consultant at Accenture with over 9 years of relevant experience in the Salesforce domain. He has a proven track record of delivering successful projects and managing a pipeline of projects from user onboarding to attending users’ requirements and enhancements. Musa has worked with various Salesforce.com standard objects, including Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Opportunities, Leads, Campaigns, Reports, and Dashboards. He has also installed and managed Affiliations & Relationships for the Nonprofit Starter Pack (NPSP). Musa has extensive experience in designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows, and Approval Processes. He has developed strategies for mass data loading inside Apex Data Loader & CRM Fusion DemandTools, with continuous monitoring and maintaining log files. Musa has also actively managed data integrity by creating tracking documents and engaging with users’ specifications. Prior to joining Accenture, Musa worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Fonteva and as an Application Support Analyst/Salesforce Administrator at Georgetown University. At Georgetown University, he developed, delegated, and managed a pipeline of projects from user onboarding, providing vision and road map for Salesforce configuration, to attending users’ requirements and enhancements. He was also involved in all stages of the Salesforce lifecycle that comprises of requirement gathering, design, development, testing, migration from sandbox to production, and support to end-users. Musa holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, General from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. He is highly skilled in Salesforce and has a good understanding of the technology stack. Musa is a dedicated and hardworking individual, always striving to deliver the best results for his clients.
