In her current role, she is responsible for designing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work culture. Prior to her current position, Muskaan has worked as a Human Resources Intern at Gaotek and as an Intern in the Human Resources Department at Maruti Suzuki. During her tenure at Maruti Suzuki, she assisted in job analysis and selection procedures for new applicants, and scheduled training workshops for employees, gaining valuable experience in HR operations. Muskaan holds a Master of Science degree in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she specialized in understanding the dynamics of human behavior in organizations. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Delhi University and a Certificate course in French Studies from Daulat Ram College.
