Muskaan Nandu is a highly motivated and skilled computer science graduate student at Northeastern University with a focus on software engineering. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Khoury College, she is responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the course CS4530 - Fundamentals of Software Engineering. She is currently mentoring four teams to propose and implement a new feature on Covey.Town, an open-source virtual meeting tool. She conducts weekly team meetings to ensure test-driven development and practice of agile principles during development. Prior to her current role, Muskaan worked as a Flutter Developer at Digiliyo Technologies, where she contributed to the development of an OTT platform called Clipix. She tailored API calls to fetch data from the backend to enable filtering of shows and movies based on genre and search results. She enhanced the UI of the app by optimizing widget placement on screen along with adding pagination on list and grid views. She performed various tests such as stress, validation, performance tests, and worked on error handling. Muskaan also worked as a Software Developer at KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar, where she developed an android app using Flutter. Her role involved working as a full-stack developer where she ensured all app requirements were understood and implemented in a user-friendly way. Muskaan has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar. She has also completed her HSC from Ramnarain Ruia College, Mumbai, and her ICSE from P.G. Garodia School ICSE. Muskaan's technical skills include Flutter, test, Spring, Search, UI, Backend, and Software Engineer. With 0.60 years of relevant experience, she is a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about software engineering and is always eager to learn and grow.
