Prior to her current role, Muskan worked as a Software Engineer at bigbasket, where she worked on supply-chain management development and played a key role in the development of the Planogram project, which focused on inventory management and location recommendation for goods in their centers. Muskan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from niit university, where she gained a strong foundation in programming and software development. She also completed her high school education from Delhi Public School, where she studied Mathematics and Computer Science. In addition, she has completed courses from free code camp, which have helped her stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
