Muskan Kumar is a proactive and enthusiastic Cloud Firmware Engineer at Intel, with a passion for exploring the nuances of Computer Science. As a former Research Intern at DRDO, she has worked on end-to-end projects such as Facial Recognition, Drowsiness Detection powered by Raspberry Pi, and designed Smart Systems for Face Detection. Her current research at DRDO revolves around Website Fingerprinting, which has opened up endless possibilities in her mind. Apart from her work, Muskan is an avid speaker and loves to solve problems, teach, and learn about Machine Learning. She has helped over 10k students get started with their ML journeys as a Google Explore ML facilitator. She is a community aficionado and has spoken at various colleges and meetups. Technology intrigues her because it has the power to touch people's lives, and she believes that it ensures that there's something for everyone. Muskan is a Research Scientist and has relevant experience of 2.95 years. She has previously worked as a Research and Development Intern at WeaveBytes Infotech Pvt Ltd and as a Team Member - Team Turbochargers SAE SUPRA at SAE SUPRA. She holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer Science from Thapar University and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Punjabi University. When she is not programming, Muskan can be found exploring the world, reading her favorite book, or volunteering for a pet shelter.
