Muskan Nahata is a highly motivated learner pursuing a dual major in Mathematics and Mechanical engineering at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. She believes that the path of learning never ends and is always seeking opportunities to expand her skills. With a keen interest in computer programming, she is currently studying further in this field and wishes to combine her knowledge of mathematics and mechanical engineering with it to push her potential to the farthest and apply her understanding to engage in the most productive opportunities. Currently working as a Software Engineer at petasense, Muskan has been contributing to the team by diagnosing and debugging production issues, optimizing valet assignment systems, and developing and deploying diverse front-end functionalities using Vue.js and vuetify. She has also worked on a project that automates the customer booking and phlebotomist assignment process using Python, which has resulted in a 75% increase in the average daily number of bookings over a period of three months. Prior to petasense, Muskan has worked as a Software Developer at connectedh, where she had similar responsibilities and achieved similar results. Additionally, she has interned at Grasim Industries, where she studied the working of trips and interlocks in a power plant and came up with advanced engineering solutions to modify and enhance the working of already set up equipment and installation of advanced technologies like radars to improve the efficiency of the working of the plant and contribute towards a safer working environment. Muskan's education history includes an Intermediate degree from Narayana Junior College and a Master of Science + Bachelor of Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where she is expected to graduate in December 2022. Her tech stack includes Software Engineering, Javascript, Frontend, Python, and VueJS.
