Mustufa Mithaiwala is an experienced and certified IT professional with nearly 11.5 years of experience as a Hybrid Cloud Architect and Consultant. He is skilled in various cloud native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Tanzu, and Rancher, and has hands-on experience with AWS and IBM Cloud. He is also proficient in automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform, and has extensive knowledge of IaaC tools like Jenkins and basic programming languages like Python. Mustufa is a mentor to junior teams and has led teams of 5-10 for POCs related to Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift across cloud and infrastructure. He has also provided corporate training on Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift platforms to small organizations. Throughout his career, Mustufa has won 10 recognition awards within IBM in 10 months and counting. He was named in "Hybrid Cloud" initiators in GTS-NA ICDS Team and won the Openshift-Champions award in August 2019. Currently, Mustufa is working as a DevOps Leader in India for Reliaquest, collaborating with the DevOps US team and providing technical updates during sync-up calls. He is also attending leadership calls for any technical and technology stack updates and is participating in building HLD architecture diagrams. In the past, Mustufa has worked as a Senior Engineer, Tech Evangelist, and Tech Architect for companies such as Reliaquest and Cloudhedge. At Cloudhedge, he provided training to junior mentors on Kubernetes and OpenShift v4 and worked on containerization technology and platforms like Rancher, Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, AKS, and GKE. He also implemented various Istio (v1.18 and v.1.19) on hybrid cloud environments and built a high-level design solution for Istio use-cases like fault injection and circuit breaking. Mustufa holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Charotar University of Science and Technology and completed his high school education from Ankur School.
