Muthumanikandan Nambi is a seasoned Engineering Leader with over 20 years of experience in building enterprise products and engineering teams from scratch for multiple startups. He has a proven track record of building scalable cloud-native distributed applications end-to-end, starting from development, infrastructure/platform monitoring to production deployment. Muthumanikandan has set up engineering processes to improve quality and productivity and continuously reviewed and improved them to optimize execution efficiency. He has worked with executive stakeholders of the company, building and managing high-performing engineering teams with top-notch engineers. He has also worked with geographically distributed teams. Muthumanikandan has held senior leadership positions in several companies, including his current role as a Software Engineer at Eightfold. Prior to this, he was the Senior Director of Engineering at Mesh Dynamics and an Engineering Consultant at Elisity Inc. Muthumanikandan has a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) from Bishop Heber College and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from Madura College. He holds two approved patents in the storage virtualization domain. Muthumanikandan's tech stack includes expertise in software engineering, infrastructure, and senior software engineering.
