With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Myilvaganan started his career as a Robotics Programming Engineer at Motherson Group, where he handled various projects related to robot programs and received advanced training in technology utilization. Myilvaganan is a ReactJs Developer by qualification, but he wanted to explore the field of full-stack web development to build products that make people's lives easier and keep up with current trends. He has acquired skills and knowledge in developing sites using ReactJs Javascript library, with deep knowledge in DOM manipulation, JSON, Axios Interceptors, and hands-on experience in handling Redux for state management. He is enthusiastic about designing in Figma / Adobe XD and transforming it into a web page using HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT with ReactJs. Myilvaganan believes in making data-driven decisions and conducting research as an essential part of any project. He communicates clearly in simple language to make it easier for everyone to understand. He also shares his knowledge by conducting sessions on understanding user behavior, user research, and product strategy within his organization, and plans to do so on a bigger scale eventually.
