Naazish Munshi is a seasoned payments professional with a diverse experience spanning across product management, business development, portfolio and alliances. With over 17 years of relevant experience, Naazish has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in P&L management, product development, product launches, pricing and negotiations, service delivery and client excellence. Currently, Naazish serves as the SVP & Product Head for Merchant Acquiring at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where she is responsible for driving the growth of the bank's merchant acquiring business. Prior to this, Naazish has held several leadership roles at top-tier organizations, including Unimoni and NSDL Payments Bank Limited. At Unimoni, Naazish led the product enhancements and innovations with a focus on India and GCC markets. At NSDL Payments Bank Limited, Naazish was the architect of the strategic roadmap for the Merchant Acquiring business and launched the bank's Debit Card product with RuPay and Visa. She also launched the Prepaid Cards program in partnership with RuPay and worked with Card networks to identify and co-create niche solutions. Naazish holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta. She also has a strong technical background as a Senior Software Engineer. Naazish's expertise in payments and her ability to drive growth and innovation make her a valuable asset to any organization.
