Nabajyoti has a proven track record of leading the development of projects and teams to their goal. He has held various summer internships and industrial visits focusing on technical activities, which have helped him gain practical knowledge and skills to apply in his work. Prior to joining RDC Concrete, Nabajyoti worked as a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer at The Road Runners and as a Design Engineer at The Road R. In these roles, he gained valuable experience in the automotive industry, where he worked on developing and designing vehicles. Nabajyoti completed his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology in 2020. He also has a background in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English, Hindi, and Physical Education, having completed his Intermediate from Lady Anusuya Singhania Educational Academy School Kota. He completed his Matriculation from Kendriya Vidyalaya, where he studied Science, Social Science, Hindi, English, and Maths.
