Nachiketa Gautam is a highly skilled Senior System Engineer with over 9 years of experience in Linux, Networking, Database, and AWS Cloud computing. He is currently working at Flipkart as a Senior System Engineer, where he is responsible for designing and implementing solutions with AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Elastic Load Balancer (ELB), AutoScaling, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, AWS CLI, Docker, CDN, and hybrid approach. Prior to Flipkart, Nachiketa worked at Myntra as a Senior System Engineer, where he gained expertise in DevOps tools like Github, Jenkins, Ansible, Dockers, Kubernetes, Zabbix, and Nagios. He was also responsible for installation of Application Server, MYSQL/Postgresql Database Server, CRM server, and Call Server into client places and providing product training and onsite support to customers. He has extensive experience in servers configuration, troubleshooting on tickets regarding issues on setup, NOC handling, customer interaction involving Database issue handling and resolution over chat, mails, and phone. He has also worked on integration of Ameyo server with different PBX like Siemens and Matrix, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of media gateways like Sangoma, Patton, and Applianx, and media card like Sangoma and Digium, FXO, FXS. Nachiketa has a strong educational background with a B.TECH in Computer Science & Engineering from Prist University and matriculation from DAV Public School. He has a wide range of technical skills including AWS, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, MySQL, Jenkins, DevOps, and Senior Software Engineer.
