Nadeem Yasin is an experienced Engineering Manager and Technical Lead with over 10 years of development and management experience. He began his career as a Ruby on Rails developer and has since worked in various roles, including Team Lead and Technical Project Management. Currently, he is the Engineering Manager at kwanso, where he leads the development and delivery of large-scale projects with the help of other Project Managers and Team Leads. Nadeem has a rich experience in developing web and mobile applications for healthcare, recruitment, and education sectors. He is a backend developer at heart and a firm believer in consistent and hard work. He has hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, NodeJs, ReactJs, and other associated tech stacks. Nadeem has worked at kwanso in various capacities, including Project Manager and Lead Developer. As a Technical Project Manager, he led a team of developers and managed multiple projects, delivering them successfully with JavaScript as the primary stack. As a Lead Developer, he led various projects and delivered them successfully, using NodeJs, React, Angular, Ruby on Rails, GraphQl, and TypeScript. Nadeem holds a BSc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and an Fsc. in Physics, Chemistry, and Math from Sir Sayyed College, Jaranwala, Faisalabad. Nadeem's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Ruby, JavaScript, Backend, TypeScript, Mobile, and Web. With almost 12 years of relevant experience, Nadeem is a highly skilled and competent professional who has the ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects successfully.
