Naga Balaji is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle Autonomous Database, where he works in the Data/Space/Transactions team. With over 5 years of relevant experience, he has expertise in building Graph Databases and SaaS Multi-Tenant Low-Code Platforms. Prior to joining Oracle, Naga worked at Zoho as a Research and Development Engineer in ZLabs, where he focused on Database System Engineering and Graph DB Development using tools like RocksDB and Postgres. He also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Zoho, where he was responsible for developing Import Data Service, Client & Integration APIs, and Payment Gateways, among other things. He mentored colleagues and ensured application security, performance, and feature stability using tools like Java web-stack, JQuery, HTML, ORM, JPA, Relation, and Cache Store. Naga's educational background includes a Master's degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Anna University and completed his HSC in Computer Science from Erode Hindu Kalvi Nilayam MHSS.
