Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at American Express, Nagalingam is collaborating with a mastermind of friends and partners to scale IT services in Global Servicing Group Technology - Prepaid to provide the world’s best customer experience every day. He is a respected leader transforming the Prepaid and Travelers Cheques organization, accelerating the digital strategy to drive business and customer value. As a creative collaborator, Nagalingam brings synergies with product, technology, and business to deliver customer-obsessed solutions and achieve the best possible outcomes. He is known for experimenting with new ideas to improve ways of working and is a people leader for 40+ engineers, creating a clear vision and strategy for his team to help everyone thrive for success. Before joining American Express, Nagalingam worked at Infosys as a Project Manager, Technical Lead, and Software Engineer for over 10 years. He was the delivery lead for e-commerce platforms and digital capabilities governing a $10MM tech investment portfolio. Nagalingam played a key role in launching the first-ever Reloadable Prepaid Card for American Express, introducing 10+ new prepaid card products globally, and executing fast-paced delivery of MYCA Integrations from concept to launch in just 24 days. Nagalingam holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from PSG College of Technology. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys solving mathematical problems, puzzles, and volunteering in educational activities.
