Nagarajan specializes in planning, building, and scaling distributed systems in a hybrid environment with a focus on implementing consistent monitoring best practices. He has defined the organization strategy and road map for SRE Global ops, which has grown from just under 50 people in two regions to over 220 people in 12 countries. Moreover, he has identified opportunities to self-fund Ops and SRE teams that have traditionally been baseline funded. Nagarajan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University Visveswaraya College of Engineering and a Pre-University degree from Christ College in Bangalore.
