As an SDE-1 at Acko, Naimish Rastogi is a passionate and enthusiastic coder with a strong inclination towards web development. With 1.19 years of relevant experience in the industry, he has already made a name for himself by creating innovative solutions that have improved the performance of his team and company. At Acko, Naimish has worked on a variety of projects, including the creation of a full-fledged application called Segment-schema-registry that automates the team on-boarding process on Segment. By implementing a maker-checker flow, he was able to reduce the onboarding time from 1-2 weeks down to 1-2 days. He also worked on the Template Service, integrating Url Shortener for all links being sent to customers, and revamped a common API, increasing its performance by 4X. Additionally, he onboarded the Health team on Segment, helped teams on event whitelisting and property list maintenance, integrated New Relic to existing services, and created an internal website for a new product called Central Payout. Prior to joining Acko, Naimish worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Maq Software, where he worked on data ETL and created impactful visual reports using Power BI. He has a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from IIIT Lucknow, which he received in 2022. Naimish's tech stack includes software engineering, web development, New Relic, Docker, Spring Boot, Jenkins, Django, ReactJS, Java, and ETL. He is constantly learning and exploring new technologies to improve his skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends. Naimish is a budding star in the industry, and his passion for coding and development is evident in his work.
